We all have faults that need work and addressing those imperfections are ongoing. We asked Birmingham-area residents, If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
Alexxys Montalbo: “I would change my procrastination doing school work because I’m in school to be an architect and I usually have a lot of stuff to do, but I always put it off until the end and then end up stressing myself out.”
Simone Leonard: “I would listen more and talk less . . . I feel like I have a habit of telling people how I really feel all the time and sometimes that’s a good thing to be vocal, but sometimes it’s just better to just take a step back and listen and hear people out.”
Matthew Spotswood: “I would want to change my ability to achieve a more proper balance in life. Right now, it’s not a lot of balance between work and family and play and enjoying the other things outside of work, so I would like to be able to balance my time more.”
Kurt Key: “I would probably change my writing ability. I don’t have the nicest handwriting at times and it can be hard to read and if I had better penmanship I could write more and I could send nicely written letters to people.”
