You are cordially invited to join us for an afternoon of fun and excitement as we celebrate the History of Women in Hats. The program will begin with our speaker, Dr. Sharon Bell, giving an overview of how the hat tradition began and why wearing hats is considered a celebration and a symbol of confidence and independence. The afternoon will culminate with competition for and the coronation of Ms. Women in Hats 2014. Seating is limited so don’t miss out on this delightful event.
